What was your initial reason or motivation for pursuing a master's in Business Analytics?
After graduating with my undergraduate degree in Finance, I started my career as a financial analyst. While working on a business system modernization project, I saw first-hand how effective database design and data utilization can streamline workflows and drive efficiency. This sparked my career passion for the intersection of finance and business analytics, inspiring me to pursue an MS in Business Analytics to deepen my analytical skills and tackle real-world challenges.
Why did you choose Minnesota Carlson?
I chose the Carlson School of Management because it offers one of the few top-tier dual degree programs in Finance and Business Analytics, which align perfectly with my background and career goals. Also, Minnesota Carlson's impressive employment statistics and strong alumni network in leading financial firms like Capital One, JPMorgan Chase, and PayPal stood out. The ability to connect with successful alumni in companies I aspire to work for was a major factor in my decision.
How has your Minnesota Carlson experience helped you change your career path and get to where you are?

Additionally, the Career Center was instrumental in refining my resume and interview skills. Through alumni events and company connections, I built a strong network with companies I aspire to work for.
