UMN Faculty/Staff Discount Process

Thank you for your interest in Carlson Executive Education. You may receive a 75% discount on Executive Education short courses if you are a University of Minnesota faculty or staff member. 

Discounted enrollment is limited and subject to space availability. Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Enrollment also requires approval from your supervisor and the University Tax Management Office, who will need to confirm that the program you wish to enroll in is relevant to your job. 

1. Complete the UMN Employee Executive Education Interest Form and select the program you are interested in. Availability may vary depending on program capacity. If space is available, we will contact you to begin the approval process. 
2. Fill out this tax form and have it signed by your immediate supervisor. Once they sign the form, please send it to taxhelp@umn.edu.
3. The Carlson Executive Education team will receive a copy of the tax form once it is received by the University Tax Management Office. 
4. You will be notified of your enrollment via email a few weeks prior to the course start date. In this email notification, Carlson Executive Education staff will ask how you would like to pay for the course. We can complete an internal transaction by using your department account string or you can pay via credit card.
