Mona Saha gets Wide Breadth of Work Experience

I joined Carlson Consulting Enterprise because I wanted to gain hands-on experience in different projects—marketing, operations, project management—to help me decide my career path post-MBA. All my projects have been different and have given me a breadth of knowledge across different functions. Coming from an IT background, I feel like my business and personal horizons have expanded significantly through the Consulting Enterprise.

While working on Consulting Enterprise projects, the feedback that I received from the leadership team and peers have helped me grow beyond my expectations for business school. My teammates have helped me improve self-awareness and understand American culture, which will be valuable when I join the U.S. corporate life.

I believe the tools that we learn in Consulting Enterprise help us think structurally, break down high-level problems into issue trees, create solution frameworks, and tell a story that resonates with clients. All these tools are relevant in solving real-life business problems and I am sure that I would leverage these time and again in my career.

After graduating I will be joining Deloitte consulting.
