Linh Peters most recently served as the senior vice president and chief marketing officer at Walgreens where she was responsible for the vision, strategic direction, and performance of Walgreens marketing across the U.S. Healthcare, Pharmacy, and Retail businesses.

Prior to Walgreens, Linh was the global chief marketing officer at Calvin Klein where she led marketing, branding, and customer experience across retail, e-commerce, wholesale, and licensing for Europe/Middle East/Africa, Asia, and the Americas. Prior to Calvin Klein, Linh held leadership roles at Starbucks, Ulta Beauty, Target, and Best Buy where she brought a consumer-centric lens to leveraging data, insights, and technology to redefine marketing and the customer experience.

In 2021, she was named one of Business Insider’s “CMOs to Watch” and Brand Innovators “Top 100 Women in Marketing” in 2021-2023.

Linh holds two University of Minnesota degrees: a bachelor’s in public relations and advertising from the Hubbard School of Journalism & Mass Communication and an MBA from the Carlson School of Management. She currently serves on the North America Board of Directors for MMA Global, the Carlson School’s Board of Advisors, and the U.S. Advisory Council for Tent Partnerships for Refugees.
