Wonjun Rhee is a third-year PhD student in the Work and Organizations department at the University of Minnesota. He is interested in job seekers' experiences and how they can affect job search outcomes, with a focus on discriminatory behaviors. He also studies positive emotions at work and how micro experiences at work can impact relationship development and performance. In his spare time, Wonjun likes going to the gym and boxing.
