Biography
Vivian Martin retired in 2014 from General Mills after a 35 year career. During those years, she was part of the leadership teams across most of the operating units, including Pillsbury after its acquisition. She also served as Corporate Director of Diversity in a cross-functional HR role. In her last position, as Vice President for Consumer Insights for the International Segment, she provided global marketing and marketing research expertise to set and execute General Mills' global strategy.
Since her retirement, Vivian has worked as adjunct faculty in the Marketing Department, teaching Principles of Marketing and Buyer Behavior.
