Biography
Vinit Tipnis is an Assistant Professor of Supply Chain and Operations at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. His research interests lie at the intersection of nonprofit operations management and behavioral operations management. In his research, he employs a range of methodologies, including online and field experiments as well as empirical data analysis, to glean insights into volunteer management, fundraising strategies, and applications of artificial intelligence in the social sector. Vinit received his PhD in Operations Management from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
