Tianna Barnes is a doctoral candidate in the Work and Organizations department. She is particularly interested in workforce diversity, identity theories, and socialization processes as they shape employee experiences. Working under the supervision of her advisor, Dr. John Kammeyer-Mueller, Tianna is currently engaged in a number of projects spanning topics such as equal employment opportunity, morality, the minority newcomer, and social identity.
