Biography
I am a third-year PhD student in the Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship department. Broadly, my research interests lie at the intersection of network theory, organizational theory, and strategy. Specifically, I study how heterogeneous nodal characteristics and individual actions spark firm-level structural transformations and reshape network configurations, with a focus on organizational status hierarchies, structural holes, and other network outcomes. Before joining University of Minnesota, I worked as a management consultant at Deloitte and as a research associate at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad.
