Biography

Richard Kaung has over 30 years of strategy consulting and business operating experience. He was formerly a Senior Consultant at Booz & Company, a Manager at The Kalchas Group, and Consulting Managing Director of Carlson Marketing Group’s growth strategy consulting division. Currently, he is Managing Partner of River International, Inc. 

In addition to consulting, Kaung has held roles such as Senior VP of Industrial Product Management at Stratasys; Interim Chief Marketing Officer at Honeywell, VP of Business Development and Strategy at Pentair; VP of Global Market Development at ADC Telecommunications; VP of Product Management and Consumer Engagement at UnitedHealth Group, and Senior Product Manager at Campbell Soup Company.
