Biography
Nicole Tuma is an accomplished market research executive with nearly two decades of experience consulting to top-performing CPG companies. In her role as Lecturer at Minnesota Carlson, she aims to educate and inspire future leaders, translating lived experience to the classroom with applied, experiential learning. Prior to starting her own consulting firm, she was a principal at Circana, where she managed teams of market research consultants and analysts. Her career also includes leadership roles at The Nielsen Company and Iconoculture, serving clients including General Mills, Hormel, 3M, and Walmart. Her teaching philosophy is grounded in her early career experience designing and leading education programs on tall ships.
