Biography
Kelsey Baumann has been teaching in the Department of Work and Organizations since 2021. Kelsey has a background in Human Resources Management and spent over a decade working in all areas of Human Resources with a focus on strategy, staffing, and DEI. Kelsey is a two-time graduate of the Carlson School of Management, and enjoys returning to her alma mater to teach as an adjunct and to bring courses to life using her professional HR experience.
