Wendy is curious about people and what they do every day at work. Asking the question, “What do you do?” comes as naturally as the question, “How are you?”
Wendy likes the intricacies of business – the people, the processes, and the possibilities. She is especially interested in how business leaders deliver results, whether as a solopreneur, franchise owner, or multimillion-dollar business.

How people can do something more, or something better, when given the tools and support to do so is the heart of Wendy’s business. When people do the work that they are naturally talented at doing, the results are amazing. People make organizations succeed. It’s just that simple. Wendy is celebrating her 14th year as the owner of Crossroads Coaching & Consulting, Inc. Her work over the past 14 years encompasses strengths-focused discussions with business leaders, process efficiencies, strategic planning, succession planning, and leadership development.

Wendy also worked in the corporate sector for more than 15 years in a variety of areas, including business operations, process improvement, and organizational effectiveness. Her focus has been, and continues to be, transferring this knowledge and skill to people who believe in the success of their business. She strives to work with people who deliver a product, a service, or a story that will make lives better.
