Summer Miller

About

Over the past 25 years, she has partnered with executives, leadership teams, and organizations to navigate complex change and growth. Her work spans advising, facilitation, education, and organizational development, rooted in a people-centered and brain-based approach. Previous experiences include executive and senior roles in change & transformation, learning & development, and HR leadership in a large corporate setting.

Summer also serves as Adjunct Faculty at the University of Minnesota and the University of Denver, teaching graduate courses in organizational leadership, strategic consulting, and organizational change consulting — work that continually shapes how she helps professionals translate deep expertise into trusted, strategic influence.

Summer holds a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from Grand Canyon University with a research emphasis on organizational change, communication, and change success. Her Master's is in Organizational and Professional Communication from the University of Denver, and she also holds a Bachelor of Music from Western Oregon University.
