About
Phil Miller is an experienced business leader, educator, and coach. He serves as Assistant Dean for the MBA and MS Programs at the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. He is responsible for leading the teams responsible for the entire student lifecycle (recruitment/admissions, student placement/life, and career development/placement) for more than 1,300 MBA and MS students.
Phil previously led the Carlson Consulting Enterprise, a rigorous experiential learning program for MBA students delivering real-world experience by solving real-world problems for consulting clients. He is an award-winning teacher of undergraduate, MBA, and executive education classes on management and critical thinking.
Phil’s industry experience includes time at 3M leading a corporate strategy group and launching a new global venture as well as management consulting work for a range of clients at EY.
