Angie (Min Ah) Park

Angie (Min Ah) Park is a facilitator and member of The Humphrey Group's design team based in Toronto. She is also a postdoctoral fellow with the University of Toronto working on her ongoing research into diversity and inclusion strategies and best practices. She is passionate about helping organizations integrate inclusive leadership practices into corporate KPIs. Angie draws on her experience working in financial services and consulting to navigate complex competing interests in order to achieve the outcomes her clients need. She is known for her open and conversational approach to facilitation and is a sought-after facilitator for The Humphrey Group's entire DEi suite of offerings. Fluent in Korean, Angie consistently facilitates programs in the educational, non-profit, and financial sectors.
