Mariah Jacobsen

Mariah Jacobsen is the General Counsel of Northern Tool + Equipment located in Burnsville, MN, where she has worked since 2018. At Northern Tool + Equipment, Mariah leads the Legal, Compliance, and the Distribution Center People teams. Prior to joining Northern Tool + Equipment, Mariah spent time at both UnitedHealth Group and U.S. Bank.

In addition to her role as General Counsel, Mariah is a professor of Business Law at St. Olaf College in Northfield, MN. She is also a frequent lecturer and panelist for continuing legal education events across the country.

Mariah earned her BA from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and her JD from William Mitchell College of Law.
