Carlson School Alum Receives Wall Street Women Trailblazer Award

Mee Warren, '01 BSB, was recognized by Traders Magazine among the top women professionals in the trading community. She earned the magazine's Wall Street Women Trailblazer Award for overcoming barriers to advance her career on the buy and sell sides of the traditionally male-dominated finance industry. 

Warren is a portfolio strategist at Two Sigma Investments, a hedge fund with roughly $29 billion in assets under management. In her 12 years with the firm, the organization has grown from 30 to 850 employees. Throughout her tenure, she has served as trader of Americas equities, and has traded bonds, futures/commodities, equities, currencies, and derivatives for Europe and Asia. 

Last year, she was recognized by Markets with the Women in Finance Outstanding Contributions award

Outside the office, Warren is affiliated with the National Organization of Investment Professionals, the New York Society of Security Analysts, Women in Bonds Club, Women in ETFs, and 100 Women in Hedge Funds. She is also a trustee on the board of directors for Narcolepsy Network.
