Expertise

Tao Yang is a Ph.D. student in human resources and industrial relations in the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. His research interests include: emotions and mood at work, mindfulness, prosocial and antisocial work behaviors, and employee well-being.

Prior to graduate studies at the Carlson School of Management, he participated in several human resources research and consulting projects while studying at the Renmin University. He was also active in student organizations of Renmin University. He was winner of the 2007 Beijing Outstanding Graduate Award and the 2009 University Outstanding Graduate Award.
