Joseph Redden the Board of Overseers Associate Professor of Marketing at Carlson School of Management. Previously he taught for the Wharton School, and held positions with business consulting firms. Redden is currently focused on researching how to prevent satiation and how to help people recover from satiation with repeated experiences. His original work in this area won the American Marketing Association’s 2007 John A. Howard Doctoral Dissertation Award and the 2008 Robert Ferber Award based on a publication in the February 2008 issue of the Journal of Consumer Research. Redden holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University and a PhD in Marketing from the Wharton Business School, University of Pennsylvania.
