Ching Lin, ‘23, is a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at 3M and has worked in recruiting in various industries for nearly 15 years. Ching loves working in recruiting because of his passion for people and connecting talent with organizations. Ching has a Bachelor of Arts degree in business management and psychology from Hamline University in St. Paul, MN. Ching feels energetic and empowered when he gets to acquire new knowledge and expand his HR experience. As a lifelong learner, one of Ching's best decisions was to complete the Master’s program in Human Resources and Industrial Relations at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. With Ching’s Master’s degree, he seeks to continue to grow his HR skills and positively influence people’s lives, especially in the increasingly diverse workforce and ever-changing business conditions. 

Outside of work, Ching loves to travel and finds any opportunity to jump on a plane and fly somewhere domestically or internationally to fulfill his passion for people, cultures, and aviation. Ching was born in Taiwan and is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, and Taiwanese.
