About
Caleb Moore, ’14, currently works as a Senior HR Business Partner at Workday. He previously worked at Tesla and General Electric (GE). He chose to attend the MA-HRIR full-time program because of the quality of people he met during his campus visit. “I didn’t care as much for the reputation that was historically built, but I did care about the quality of current students and facility that shared the same passion to learn. This program brings in amazing people (including myself… jk) that makes learning effective, fun, and enjoyable. The program has helped me build a diverse network where I can continue to be a lifelong learner and I’ve built a stronger sense of humility to acknowledge that I can learn something valuable from every person I meet.” He wanted to join the board in order to give back to a program that has given so much to him. Caleb says, “ I joined the board to selfishly learn from upcoming and established HR Leaders, but also support current students, faculty, and alumni however I can.” He shares this advice with current students: “Have fun and build a network of colleagues and friends that you can continue to learn from throughout life.”
