Theresa Glomb is a Professor and The Toro Company – David M. Lilly Chair in Human Resources, Department of Work and Organizations. She received her Ph.D. and AM in social, organizational, and individual differences psychology from the University of Illinois and her BA in psychology from DePaul University.
Professor Glomb has conducted research and published in the areas of emotions and mood in organizations, job attitudes and behaviors, emotional labor, and workplace victimization including incivility, aggression and sexual harassment. She has published the Journal of Applied Psychology, Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes, Academy of Management Journal and the Journal of Occupational Health Psychology. Professor Glomb teaches in the masters, doctoral, and executive programs at the University of Minnesota in the areas of organizational behavior and human resources.
