Paul Erdahl

Paul Erdahl is Principal & Founder of Global Talent Strategies, LLC, and an Educator in the Carlson Executive Educator's Network at the Carlson School of Management.  He is an executive coach and organizational consultant providing services to companies ranging from start-ups and non-profits to global Fortune 100 organizations.  He is a strategic and action-oriented consultant and educator who encourages idea generation while working with leaders to align teams and organizations in common purpose to achieve results.   Paul has held several executive roles including VP, Global Leadership and Talent Development at Medtronic, and Executive Director of Talent Management & Organization Development at Hillrom.  He has a PhD in Counseling Psychology from the State University of New York at Buffalo (SUNY).  He is a licensed psychologist.
