Alissa Montbriand is a senior leader with progressive experience at leading retailers, restaurants and hotels. Having achieved results within both Fortune 50 companies as well as start-ups, Alissa is particularly effective at adjusting business strategies to diverse environments and consumer needs. Her areas of expertise include P&L management, integrated marketing/branding, digital product development and mergers and acquisitions and she has leveraged her broad skillsets in marketing, strategy and finance to drive digital and customer growth for B2C companies.

In her senior marketing roles at Radisson Hotel Group, Bloomin’ Brands, Staples and Best Buy, she drove major growth initiatives and marketing strategies while building sustainable capabilities. Recognized as a Minneapolis St. Paul Business Journal “40 Under 40” for driving significant digital growth for Radisson, Alissa knows how to combine technology trends, analytics and customer insights to deliver marketing transformation.

As an active participant in the marketing community, Alissa lends her thought leadership to the board of Antenna and is honored to be a part of the teaching faculty at the Carlson School of Management. She lives in Minneapolis with her husband and Siberian cat and you can find her on weekends enjoying brunch at Moose & Sadie’s.
