Jane Kuhn has over 25 years of experience in human resources management and development, change management, internal communications, organizational culture, and diversity & inclusion. She has worked in numerous industries (healthcare, financial services, retail management, and manufacturing) in HR and business leadership roles for companies including UnitedHealth Group, GMAC ResCap, Best Buy, and Toro.
Throughout her career, she has many accomplishments including the introduction of new leadership development programs; the expansion of organizational culture transformation plans globally to Brazil, Portugal, and Chile; the restructuring of numerous departments and teams; and the implementation of new programs and processes to support and improve employee engagement. Additionally, she co-authored a book chapter focusing on organizational culture transformation.
Her education includes a PhD degree in Human Resource Development (focusing on organizational culture change) from the University of Minnesota. Additionally, she has her MS degree in Communications from North Dakota State University and an MBA from Minnesota State University – Moorhead.
She is currently on the Board of Directors for ResourceWest in Hopkins and has served on the Board of Directors for Minnesota Independence College and Community, in addition to volunteering with other local organizations. Additionally, Jane enjoys creative activities including interior design, furniture painting, and performing as a church organist/pianist.
