The Carlson School’s Part-Time MBA program is ranked No. 10 out of 290 schools on the U.S. News and World Report’s 2016 edition of the Best Graduate Schools. The program moved up from No. 15 last year to crack the top 10.
The Full-Time MBA program also jumped, moving up to 27th place from last year’s berth at 33. And, continuing its tradition of placing strong, Management Information Systems was ranked third.
The Best Graduate Schools rankings are based on two types of data: expert opinions about program excellence and statistical indicators that measure the quality of a school’s faculty, research, and students. U.S. News considered five factors when compiling its best part-time program list: average peer assessment score, average GMAT and GRE scores, average undergraduate GPA of part-time students, work experience of students, and the percentage of the school’s MBA enrollment that is part time.
