Since we can't travel back in time, consider this: research suggests that growing up in a stressful environment can actually benefit you later in life. If you faced adversities during your childhood, you've likely heard how your less than Brady Bunch upbringing can hold you back. Now, researchers at Radboud University in the Netherlands have published a review that theorizes that the opposite is also true.
