The inaugural class of students for the new MS in Finance Program will begin classes on June 20, 2016. Dean Sri Zaheer welcomed the group to the Carlson School on June 13 at the start of a week-long orientation. The cohort is made up of 27 students who are from Greece, Vietnam, Taiwan, India, China, and the United States.
The one-year MS in Finance Program imparts advanced tools used in businesses and financial markets to prepare leaders to interpret and act on complex financial information. The program is designed for early career professionals to transition into or accelerate their careers in corporate finance, security analysis and portfolio management, investment and commercial banking, risk management, and more.
This first class of students will graduate next summer.
