In 2007, she joined UnitedHealth Group Inc. and built the company’s internal agency, Carrot, from a seven-person office into a global organization with more than 150 professionals. Most recently, she served as vice president of brand and creative services at Allianz, where she was responsible for a large scope of marketing services including advertising, brand, creative, media, and interactive in North America.
Brinkman was named a Woman to Watch in 2012, and honored among the Twin Cities' Forty under 40 in 2009 by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. Minnesota Business Magazine also featured her as one of The Next Generation of Minnesota Business Titans.
