CHS President and CEO Carl Casale will discuss agribusiness at the 1st Tuesday speaker series on October 4 from 11:30 a.m.-1 p.m. at the McNamara Alumni Center.

Tickets are available starting at $35 and include lunch. 

In 2011, Casale joined CHS, which is a leading energy, grains and foods company and the nation's largest member-owned cooperative. Prior to that, he was executive vice president and chief financial officer for Monsanto Company. He serves on the boards of Ventura Foods, LLC, Ecolab Inc., National Council of Farmer Cooperatives, and the Minnesota Business Partnership. 

Casale holds a bachelor's degree in agricultural economics from Oregon State University and an executive MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. The Oregon State University College of Agriculture named Casale its 2009 alumni fellow.
