Biography
Doug Giddings is a doctoral student at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. He received a B.A. in English and a Master of Business Administration degree, both from the University of Utah. His research interests include employee engagement and well-being, positive organizational scholarship, creativity, work-family studies, and the impact of workplace interventions.
Prior to joining the University of Minnesota, Doug spent more than a decade in the banking and healthcare sectors where he worked in a variety of roles, including consumer lending, employee training, and corporate communications.
