Human Resources & Industrial Relations Masters
Students pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations have the option to study on any of Carlson Education Abroad's short-term or semester-length programs. However, it is highly recommended that students meet with an Education Abroad adviser and Stacy Doepner-Hove in the HRIR department to confirm that your program options fit in your schedule.
There are two main program types available for Carlson MA-HRIR students:
- Global Enrichment Programs - January and May/June short-term programs led by Carlson faculty, with classes in the B Term of the fall or spring semester, followed by two-weeks abroad focusing on the course topic.
- Global Immersion Programs - Semester and partial semester exchange programs, where students "exchange" places with a student at a partner university. These programs are at English-language business schools around the world, though some language skills may be required for certain locations.
We recommend that students speak with an Education Abroad Adviser prior to applying to a program, to discuss financial aid & scholarships, health & safety, and the program details. Students may always attend walk-in advising hours from 1:00-4:00pm Monday-Thursday during the academic year.
