I'm a big believer in working as a team and working together to achieve a goal. It's what I've done my whole life – from when I played Division One soccer in college, throughout my entire career at Cisco. As the Area Vice President for the GES Central sales, my job is to make sure both my customers and my team in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Chicago are winning. This means we have each other's backs, we have fun, we are passionate about what we do, and we are always raising the bar. Inclusivity matters to me. It is my job as a leader to ensure we are bringing the right resources to the table to advocate on behalf of our customers, setting both our teams and our customers up for success through digital transformation.
Outside of work, family is and always has been my number one priority. I love spending time with my own family, especially during summers at the cabin. I want my team to be able to enjoy their families too. I worked hard to expand Cisco's bonding leave policy so moms and dads in the sales organization can spend more paid time off with their newborns. At Cisco, our people are our most important resource and investment, and I make sure we are taking care of them.
