About

Ravyn Miller is a health care professional with a passion for people, impact, and equity.

As the Vice President of Global Marketing and Communications for Medtronic’s Cardiac Rhythm Management, she and her team are responsible for commercial marketing across the operating unit and enterprise matrix with an emphasis in Customer Marketing, Omnichannel Marketing, Communications, Marketing Analytics and Operations, Market Development, and Brand Marketing. In previous roles at Medtronic, she led a global strategy and business development team focused on long-term innovation, led a global commercial marketing team, helped shape reimbursement policies, and established initiatives advancing health equity for women and people of color. Ravyn also serves on the global leadership team for Medtronic Women’s Network which recruits, engages, and develops female talent. Prior to Medtronic, she was an orthopedic Sales Representative with Johnson and Johnson’s DePuy Mitek in Houston, TX and Nashville, TN.

Ravyn has earned company recognitions, such as the Marketing Excellence Award and is a two-time Star of Excellence recipient. She also is the recipient of the prestigious James Dallas Award, given to a Medtronic leader who champions equity and inclusion. She has previously been recognized by Diversity Inc. as one of the Top 100 Emerging Leaders Under 50 and was previously named by Twin Cities Business Journal’s as a Women in Business Honoree, which recognizes 50 of the region’s most influential women in business and community. Most recently, she was honored by the Girl Scouts River Valley as a 2024 Changemaker for Curiosity due to her commitment of advancing young Black and Brown women in STEM.

Beyond work, Ravyn serves on the Board of Directors for NMDP and sits on the Advisory Board of the following organizations: Marani Health, National Minority Quality Forum, Owen Graduate School of Management, Minnesota Women’s Economic Roundtable and the University of Minnesota’s Venture Center Business Advisory Group. She is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority and The Links, Incorporated.

Ravyn earned a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University and a dual Master of Business Administration and Divinity from Vanderbilt University. She is an ordained minister at Fellowship Minneapolis, a Baltimore Ravens fan, loves nature walks and is a self-proclaimed “brunch enthusiast”.
