Chakra Sankaraiah is the Senior Director of Technology at Land O’ Lakes, located in Arden Hills, Minnesota, where he has worked for the past seven years. In this role, Chakra has built the Big Data and AI group, where they have implemented data science use cases such as the propensity model, churn model, quality prediction model, pricing model, and cross-selling opportunities. 

Four years prior, Chakra moved to a new role focused on three key areas. The first focus was to build upon the digital agriculture products family, a suite of 10+ digital products that transform the selling of physical products into selling services and connections. The second focus of his role is a strategic partnership with Microsoft to collaborate on water and soil stewardship, safe and plentiful food supply, and vibrant communities. Finally, the third aspect of Chakra’s role is digital innovation in Land O’ Lakes products by leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, AR/VR, loT, Blockchain, ChatGPT, and more.
