The Strategic Executive: Unlocking Motivation & Purposeful Leadership program is designed to equip seasoned leaders with the tools to align personal motivation with organizational purpose in order to lead with authenticity and impact.
Experience
Day one explores the 5 MotiCodes framework, a research-based model designed to uncover what truly motivates you and those you lead. Through the lens of motivational leadership, you’ll discover what drives you—praise, money, impact, prestige, or culture—and use that motivation to lead with greater impact. You’ll also explore how to recognize and leverage the diverse motivations within your team to boost morale, strengthen engagement, and drive performance. Through guided reflection and hands-on exercises, you’ll create a personalized action plan to sustain motivation and foster alignment across your team.
Day two centers on purposeful leadership. Through thought-provoking peer discussions, you’ll examine how perceptions of purpose have evolved since the pandemic and uncover practical ways to incorporate purpose into your team’s daily operations. You’ll return to work as a more self-aware, purpose-driven leader—able to connect personal motivation to organizational mission for lasting results.
