Experience

Across two immersive days, you’ll evolve from a technically fluent leader to one who approaches AI with ethical insight and wisdom. During the first day of the course, you’ll explore what principled leadership looks like in a world of vast intelligence. By examining a variety of case studies and engaging in discussions with your peers, you’ll learn how to apply frameworks for responsible innovation and design strategies for human–AI collaboration that preserve creativity and judgment.

On day two of the program, you’ll focus on the unique human capacities that AI cannot replicate, including empathy, insight, reflection, and moral clarity. You’ll explore the concept of wisdom, learn practices to develop it, and apply the SMDR Compass and Six Dimensions of Wisdom to real-world leadership challenges. In addition, you’ll craft a personal vision for your leadership legacy that details how you’ll lead responsibly, ethically, and wisely in an AI-driven world. By the end of the program, you’ll be prepared to harness AI’s potential responsibly, elevate human creativity, and lead with wisdom in a world defined by rapid technological change.
