This course helps human resources professionals enhance their business impact and drive results. You’ll learn how leverage your capacity as a strategic advisor, build your influence, and develop business acumen.
You will gain clarity on business needs and understand opportunities where human resources can strategically impact growth. You will develop your understanding of key business metrics and the compensation drivers that business leaders weigh during decision-making. You’ll also learn how to develop consulting skills and influence to help build trust and strengthen relationships with business leaders. At the end of the course, you will develop a personal action plan to help you leverage your strengths to address your organization’s specific business needs.
