MA-HRIR Spring Celebration
All of us in the Center for Human Resources and Labor Studies want to help you celebrate the end of the 2017-18 school year. We are inviting everyone in the program to join us for dinner and celebration. This will be a time to congratulate all of our graduating students, see GSHRL award the Herbie Teacher-of- the-Year award, take pictures, celebrate the program, and come together as our MA-HRIR community. The MA-HRIR Spring Celebration will be held at the Campus Club, on the fourth floor of Coffman Union on Sunday, May 13th. A reception will begin at 6:00 pm. Dinner will begin at 6:30 pm. Dress is business casual.
If you are a graduating MA-HRIR student, your ticket to attend is free! GSHRL members get discounted tickets of $10. Additional guests will pay only $20. Please register by Monday, May 7th by 3:00 pm so we can get an accurate count. The faculty and staff of CHRLS are looking forward to dining with you and celebrating the program and our graduating students!
- Coconut Curry Poached Mahi Mahi - Fresh Mahi Mahi poached in house-made coconut curry broth, served over basmati rice. (GlutenFree and Dairy Free)
- Mustard Crusted Chicken - Pan-seared boneless, skinless chicken breast dipped in stone ground mustard and panko bread crumbs. Topped with spinach pesto and served over parsley chive mashed potatoes.
- Coconut Curry Vegetables with Cilantro Chutney - Fresh vegetables simmered in orange-scented coconut curry sauce. Served over rice with cilantro chutney. (Gluten Free, Dairy Free, and Vegan)
