As a reminder, the deadline for your reservations is due on or prior to March 8, 2017.

Check in is 3:00 pm Central Standard Time.  Check out is 12:00 pm. 

 

Standard Queen/Queen Room Rate
*$175.00 single and double occupancy rate/night

Standard King Room Rate
*$162.00 single and double occupancy rate/night

*Plus applicable taxes, currently 13.40%

**Rate includes breakfast the mornings of March 30, 31, April 1, and 2, 2017 in a private room.  Queen/Queen rooms are eligible for up to 4 breakfasts per morning and King rooms are eligible for up to 2 breakfasts per morning.

The hotel is non-smoking with complimentary Wi-Fi.  Individual teams are responsible for their own room, tax, and incidentals charges.  Payment is accepted in the form of a major credit card or advance deposit.


For those teams driving to the competition, the hotel is hotel is within walking distance, two blocks north and a block west of the Carlson School of Management.  Parking is available in the municipal ramp adjacent to the Hotel.  The current rate for overnight parking is $22.00 for a 24-hour period. 

Transportation from the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport to the hotel will be provided by the same limousine service as last year.  The hotel is within walking distance of the competition.  Car rental is strictly optional.  Bus transportation will be provided for the host sponsor day. 

Other options for transportation to the airport following the case competition include (at participant expense): limousine service arranged with Robbie (RLP Transportation) on your own, taxi or via the Metro Blue Line (Light Rail).  The light rail station is a block away from the hotel.  http://www.minneapolis.org/visitor/map-transportation/light-rail-and-bus-schedule/
