To make reservations by phone, please mention the group name ‘National Undergraduate Supply Chain Case Competition’ via phone at 877-699-3216 and let the agent know how many will be in each room (for breakfast vouchers at check-in).
As a reminder, the deadline for your reservations is March 8, 2019.
Standard Queen/Queen Room Rate
*$169.00 single and double occupancy rate/night
Standard King Room Rate
*$149.00 single and double occupancy rate/night
*Plus applicable taxes, currently 13.40%
**Rate includes catered breakfast the mornings of March 28-31 in a private meeting space. Queen/Queen rooms are eligible for up to 2 breakfasts per morning and King rooms are eligible for up to 1 breakfasts per morning.
Check in is 3:00 pm Central Standard Time. Check out is 12:00 pm. Cancellations on individual reservations must be called in 24 hours prior to arrival date or, 1st night's room and tax will be charged to that individual.

The hotel is non-smoking with complimentary Wi-Fi. Individual teams are responsible for their own room, tax, and incidentals charges. Payment is accepted in the form of a major credit card or advance deposit.
For those teams driving to the competition, the hotel is hotel is within walking distance, two blocks north and a block west of the Carlson School of Management. Parking is available in the municipal ramp adjacent to the Hotel. The current rate for overnight parking is $22.00 for a 24-hour period.
Transportation from the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport to the hotel will be provided by the same limousine service as last year. The hotel is within walking distance of the competition. Car rental is strictly optional. Bus transportation will be provided for the host sponsor day.
Other options for transportation to the airport following the case competition include (at participant expense): limousine service arranged with Robbie (RLP Transportation) on your own, taxi or via the Metro Blue Line (Light Rail).
