Scholarships for Domestic Students
Earn up to a $18,000 Scholarship for Graduate School
NOTE: Given the challenges many students will have arriving in Minnesota for the scheduled July 6 start date, we have decided to move the start of the program for this academic year to Fall 2020. Scholarships considerations will still apply.
The Carlson School's MS in Finance Program is designed for early career professionals who would like to transition into or accelerate their careers in corporate finance, security analysis and portfolio management, investment and commercial banking, risk management, and more. Ten $18,000 scholarships will be awarded to students admitted to start the program in July 2020.
- Must be U.S. resident or U.S. citizen
- Scholarships awarded to students admitted to the MS in Finance that begins in July 2020
- Scholarships are merit based
- No special application necessary
Scholarships for International Students
The Carlson School and the University of Minnesota award a limited number of academic merit-based scholarships to international students. Scholarship consideration is extremely competitive and the Master of Science in Finance program will automatically consider applicants for all scholarships for which they are eligible. No special application is required for these scholarships.
