Career Exploration Workshop
The Career Exploration Workshop is held annually in Washington DC. In this workshop, Industry MBA students will use two career assessment tools to help them focus on their unique strengths and differentiators as they work on determining what jobs, industries, and companies will be the best fit for them. We will also discuss other ways for Industry MBA students to explore what is important to them in a job, and how this will play into their job search, career goal-setting, and lifetime career management. Students who are not able to travel to Washington DC for the workshop can complete the career assessments and discuss the results with one of our career coaches.
Each year the GBCC organizes Career Treks in different cities across the US such as San Francisco, Seattle, Chicago, New York, and Austin. Over the course of a week, Carlson MBA students have the opportunity to visit leading companies, network with distinguished alumni, and explore career opportunities.
