  • Do NOT type in your employer manually - this will not activate the Corporate Discount Opt-in page
  • Click Save and Continue
  • After entering your employer, a new “Corporate Discount” page will appear
  • Click “Yes” to opt-in to the discount program
  • More information will appear and any waived application items will be listed for your program (waived items include standardized tests, application fees, and references) *waived items vary by program
  • You will be asked to enter your employee ID and Department. We will use this information to verify your employment with your company
  • A series of emails will be sent from the MBA and MS Programs team asking you to confirm your employer, employee ID, and department by completing a form - the link to the form will be included in the emails we send to you.
  • The form will offer you the ability to confirm that your information on file is correct, update your department or title at your current employer, or add a new employer if you make a job change. We will send this information to Human Resources at your employer to verify your ongoing employment.
  • If you change jobs to an employer that is not a corporate discount partner, your discount will be valid through the remainder of the current term and end for the next term. When you receive the employer verification emails mentioned above, there will be a spot for you to update your employer information. Doing so will remove you from the corporate discount program.
To be eligible for the corporate discount program, we need to verify your employment with your employer before you start your program.  Therefore, it is important for you to adhere to the application and confirmation deadlines outlined for your specific program in order for the verification process and adjustments to your tuition bill to be completed.

The corporate discount will be posted to your student account before the first tuition bill due date for each term. Please check your student account via One Stop to see your adjusted tuition bill prior to each term's tuition billing date.
