Join this session for a discussion about how to follow your entrepreneurial passion while juggling your day job. Fulmer will share her story of working at General Mills while launching Cru Row Club, a rowing-based fitness studio. She will talk about what she has learned (and continues to learn) along the way. This will be an interactive discussion with questions welcome. If you are risk averse and want to do your own thing but are nervous to try–this session is for you.

Senior Marketing Manager, General Mills - Co-Owner, Cru Row Club

Working at General Mills for 10 years has given Elizabeth Fulmer great experiences building brands, running businesses, and leading teams. She is channeling those experiences toward her passion for fitness to open a rowing fitness boutique. She has partnered with friend, fellow business woman, and former rower, Betsy Koch, to launch Cru Row Club. They want to create a fierce and forgiving space for women to get a killer workout that won’t crush their bodies. Fulmer has a BS in mechanical and aerospace engineering from Cornell University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
