Please tell us why you want to be a Finch Fellow
I had the pleasure of participating in the local MILI Val Lab course last spring and thoroughly enjoyed the challenging experience. The projects I collaborated on enhanced my critical thinking, communication, and presentation skills, and I believe the opportunities available through the Finch Fellowship will allow me to further enhance these skills and broaden my knowledge of the med tech industry in preparation for the next steps of my career.
Where do you see yourself five years after graduation? How will your participation as a Fellow impact that plan?
My immediate goal is to be accepted into a pharmaceutical leadership development program and continue to develop my critical thinking and problem-solving skills within the healthcare industry. Within 5 years, I hope to exit into a commercial role where I can be involved in strategy development and execution. Exciting opportunities exist involving products that live at the intersection of pharmaceuticals and medical devices, and I believe this fellowship provides a robust foundation to be adaptable and successful across both sectors of healthcare.
