Previous to the economic downturn in 2008, our full-time MA-HRIR placement rate has been over 90% for students with permanent work authorization. In 2009, the average starting salary was $71,930.
In 2009, the internship placement rate for MA-HRIR students was 90% for those with permanent work authorization, and 35% for international students without permanent work authorization. The average pay for internships was $26.30/hour. Both the internship and permanent opportunities are truly national in scope with positions from New York to California, Minnesota to Texas, and many places in between.
