U of M Moment - Self Control in the Age of Temptation

With the holiday season in full swing, the urge to indulge is greater than any other time of year. U of M Carlson School of Management marketing professor Kathleen Vohs' research on self-control says the modern deluge of tempting messages could be whittling away at our ability to resist.

Vohs' findings suggest people have a limited amount of self-control.
