Students are on the move participating in opportunities abroad

Many Carlson School students have already departed and more will be on the move this summer participating in exciting and enriching educational opportunities abroad.

By the end of the summer, 108 Carlson School students will have participated in short-term international programs in Australia, Austria, Belgium, China, Denmark, Germany, Italy, Norway, Poland, Sweden, and the United Kingdom.

In addition, by the end of the summer, 34 Carlson School students will have participated in programs through the Learning Abroad Center.

International experiences have long been a strong part of the Carlson School. The school is one of the first in the country to require an international experience for all undergraduate and Full-Time MBA students. This requirement strengthens the connection between the international experiences that individuals choose and the overall curriculum that constitutes the Carlson School degree. Students have access to dynamic international learning opportunities that provide them with a greater understanding of the global business community, bolstering their development as globally competent business leaders.
